Our 12 oz ribeye rubbed down with a homemade coffee dry rub seasoning, cooked to your ideal temperature. We take that ribeye and put it over our homemade garlic mashed potatoes, and top it with delicious tail-off shrimp sauteed in a coconut rum buerre blanc sauce.
